Que faudrait-il faire pour résoudre le problème de la paperasse dans ce domaine?
La Commission sur la réduction de la paperasse s'engage à respecter la Loi sur les langues officielles et à faire en sorte que tous les renseignements soient fournis en français et en anglais. Les renseignements venant de sources externes sont disponibles dans la langue officielle dans laquelle ils nous ont été fournis. Les commentaires sont offerts à titre d'information seulement; aucune modification n'y est apportée. La Commission ne demande pas de rétroaction sur ces commentaires.

It is my belief that a very large civil service was created in the past 20-30 years and much paperwork was developed to justify the positions. When cut-backs came in the 90's many positions were eliminated but none of the paperwork was gotten rid of along with them with the result that fewer civil servants are dealing with redundant applications, etc. Plus...
Actually I do not have a problem with 'RedTape', rather I am concerned that reduction of inspections of critical companies could lead to increases in food poisoning, toxic chemicals released into the environment, and other disasters that can be mitigated with appropriate government oversight.
Canada Revenue Agency is coming up with more and more forms that need to be completed. While many of these do serve a purpose by helping them track hidden resources or identify other parties who do not declare their income. It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with their requirements. This by itself, might be acceptable, however, for many of these forms, many of which do not effect the taxes due for the person completing them, there are significant penalties for not completing them and/or filing them late. I feel it is a waste of tax payers money and the Governments money to be charging GST all down the supply chain and almost everyone claiming it back. My sugestion is exempt users supply their GST number to the seller who would keep the number on record. The person claiming the exemtion would be responsible for a false declartion. Plus...
